Having sold all my prior homes myself, I was a bit leary of trusting an agent to perform to my standards but Daniel did a great job, worked diligently to help me in selling my home and in purchasing another one. He was responsive to my requests, and had a lot of informative and valuable tips and ideas to help along the way. There are a lot of R/E agents out there who don't really have in depth knowledge or R/E laws and market changes and a dew who are just lazy and don't really feel they need to work for their commission, but that is NOT the case with Daniel! You couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable and hard working agent! I would gladly refer him to others without hesitation.
